Amy Weston

Head Chef

Meet Amy, an (almost) Cincy native with far-flung catering and culinary experiences. Amy recently returned to the Tri-State after a 20+ year absence. For the past 3 years she was practicing her craft at Devil’s Backbone Adventure Resort as the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director, a top-rated ATV resort in Mingo County, West Virginia. Under her direction, Tipple Tavern was voted best restaurant in the Southern Coal Fields in 2024. From 2008-2021 she owned a successful catering company in Miami, Fla., catering to a variety of clientele reflective of the diverse population that calls South Florida home. Amy loves bringing the flavors of her travels and experiences to new audiences in approachable and fun ways, whether it’s her roots in Louisiana, her Cincinnati upbringing, or her 20+ years living, learning and creating in Miami. She’s excited to be a part of The Delish Dish and be able to share the unique flavors of Louisiana, Miami and beyond with our clients. When Amy isn’t working, she enjoys local live music, exploring regional parks and museums, and, in the summer, time camping with friends and family. Si, ella habla Espanol!
