Clinton Cole grew up in rural Switzerland County, Indiana, as the oldest of four siblings. After high school, he served in the U.S. Navy, training as a Machinist’s Mate at Great Lakes before being stationed on the USS Kittyhawk in Japan from 2000 to 2003. Following his service, Clint returned to southeastern Indiana and began pursuing his passion for food. Since 2004, he has worked in casinos, helped open independent restaurants, and provided catering and consulting for local food and beverage businesses. When he’s not in the kitchen, Clint enjoys gardening, attending music festivals, and crafting delicious meals at home.
