Jordan Swackhamer

Meet Jordan, Director of Operations at The Delish Dish, bringing over 13 years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. She has honed her skills in various roles, starting as a cook, server, and bartender, and later managing the front-of-house operations at Westside Brewing. Jordan’s extensive background includes 9 years in the restaurant industry and 4 years in the brewery sector, where she served as a lead bartender and front-of-house supervisor. Her expertise in operational efficiency and customer service drives the day-to-day success of The Delish Dish.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys yoga, taking walks with her dog, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
