Megan Korn

Meet Megan, Director of Operations at The Delish Dish.

Megan brings a unique mix of hospitality experience, leadership, creativity, and a genuine love for people to The Delish Dish. Her hospitality roots started early, making homemade jam and canning alongside her mom, where she learned the care and creativity that go into making something from scratch.

Since then, Megan has built experience across the industry, from front-of-house and management roles to hands-on kitchen training. That well-rounded background, combined with her positive can-do attitude and ability to think quickly on her feet, makes her a natural fit leading our Operations Department.

And in a perfect full-circle moment, Megan is also our in-house Jam Maker! Whether she’s solving a problem, supporting the team, jumping into the kitchen, or whipping up a fresh batch of jam, Megan is always ready to roll up her sleeves and get it done.
