Tab Froelicher

Meet Tab, Chef and Hospitality Specialist at The Delish Dish. His love for food and entertaining began at a young age, regularly cooking for family and friends. In 2017, he formalized his passion by studying at the Midwest Culinary Institute. Tab’s career includes fine dining experience under Chef Jean-Robert de Cavel at Jean-Robert’s Table and mastering rustic Italian cuisine at Sotto. He brings a refined touch and guest-focused mindset to every event, striving to create unforgettable culinary experiences.

Outside of work, Tab enjoys exploring new restaurants, sharing home-cooked meals with loved ones, and staying inspired by global cuisine.
