Headquarters Wedding and Event Venue is a 100-person event space located in Downtown Newport, Kentucky that provides the perfect intimate, rustic setting for your upcoming wedding event. As well as wedding ceremonies and receptions, it can also facilitate engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and wedding showers.

The venue’s interior features exposed brick, hardwood floors, and large windows, and includes on-site bridal/groomsmen suites for getting ready before your wedding. We offer a range of services to help your day run as smoothly as possible. In addition to setup/cleanup services, we also provide tables, chairs, tablecloths, cocktail tables, centerpieces, lounge furniture, greenery photo wall, ceremony archway, sound system, projectors, lighting, coolers, and ice. We allow outside caterers and other vendors, giving you the freedom to customize your day to your liking.

Convenient parking is available in a free public lot across the street, as well as ample street parking. All of our wedding packages include all of our venue amenities, and there are no additional hidden taxes/fees with our venue.
